How it works
With HSBC's Xpress Collect Cheque Service, you can have your cheques collected from your designated locations by a professional courier service provider for same day processing. The funds will be credited to your designated account on the next working day after clearing. The clearing process is the same as cheques deposited over the counter.
Service plans include:
- Flexible Ad-hoc Service offers a flexible pick-up schedule at your choice with at least 1 day prior notice. You also have the flexibility to request a fixed pick-up schedule at registration to suit your operation needs.
- Monthly Plan offers a regular daily pick-up service on working weekdays.
- Same-day Ad-hoc Service is also available upon request.

Remarks
1. Clients need to subscribe to the Xpress Collect Cheque Service in order to enjoy the service. In general, the service will be activated two weeks after receipt of a complete application.
2. Collection service is available on Mondays to Fridays, except public holidays.
3. Collection of Flexible Ad Hoc Service Plans can be pre-fixed or scheduled with at least one day's advance notice.
4. Urgent Same-day Ad Hoc Service is only available to customers who have subscribed to the Flexible Ad Hoc Service Plans or Monthly Plan Service.
5. Same-day processing refers to any cheques deposited before the cut-off time of 3 pm from Monday to Friday will be processed on the same day and will be shown in your account instantly (next working day for deposits to credit card accounts). The funds will be credited to your account on the next working day after clearing. The clearing process is the same as cheques deposited over the counter.
6. Pick-up points for this service will only be available at designated locations (excluding Outlying Islands, areas with no transportation or road connection or other remote areas).
7. To use Direct Advice, Business Internet Banking or HSBCnet services, pre-registration is required. Terms and conditions relating to Direct Advice, Business Internet Banking and HSBCnet services apply.
8. Terms and conditions are further subject to those as set out in the Xpress Collect Cheque Service application form. The Bank reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
