The Dedicated 100% Loan Guarantee Scheme (DLGS), launched by HKMC Insurance Limited (HKMCI), aims at supporting the passenger transport operators and the licensed travel agents in its post-pandemic recovery, with a view to complementing the pace of resumption of inbound and outbound tourism activities.

  • Current interest rate: 3.125% p.a.²
  • Optional principal repayment holiday up to 12 months

  • 06 - Battery Electric Taxis

Application result will be notified by post. Please ensure your bank recorded correspondence address is up-to-date.

Notes:

  1. Term loan facility amount varies depending on the relevant sector the borrower is in. Refer to the factsheet for details of facility amount calculation.
  2. Loan is priced at HSBC Best Lending Rate -2.25% for the life of the loan.
  3. Neither the borrower nor a guarantor should be an undischarged bankrupt or dissolved, nor subject to any winding up or bankruptcy petition or proceedings. In addition, they must not have any indebtedness remains unpaid for more than 60 days.
  4. The program period for Licensed Travel Agents, Local Tour Coach Registered Owners, Cross-boundary Coach Registered Owners, Cross-boundary Hire Car Registered Owners and Cross-boundary Ferry Registered Owners/ Operators will end on 28 October 2024 and 3 September 2028 for Battery Electric Taxis.
